Aircraft Lease in Africa

National airline of large Africa country sought lease of several aircraft they had already ordered after lender changed credit rating and worsened financing terms for planned purchase.

Formed leasing and operating company, negotiated terms and purchased the ordered aircraft with government export financing from the manufacturer’s home country. SinoPowell, airline and equity partner are equity owners in leasing company. Airlines has purchase option for aircraft.

Real Estate in Middle East

MIddle Eastern real estate promoter and US development partner sought equity investor for upscale residential project for expatriate community in capital city of Gulf Region country.

Took carried interest in project and arranged equity financing from existing Saudi client. Similar but larger project now planned with same Parties in another Middle Eastern capital city. SinoPowell working with US developer on othe projects and on real estate fund.

Junior Canadian oil exploration and development company listed on TSX sought investors to complete private placement. Proceeds needed to begin production on oil leases.
